Privacy Policy
Last updated June 18, 2026
This policy explains what TriOptimum Consulting LLC collects when you visit trioptimumconsultingllc.com and how it is used. We keep this deliberately simple and collect only what helps us understand and improve the site and respond to inquiries.
What we collect
Usage data, automatically. When you view a page we record the page visited, the referring site, your device type, operating system, browser, screen and window size, language, and time zone. We also record your IP address, the approximate location (city, region, country) and network provider derived from it, and whether your connection appears to use a VPN, proxy, Tor, or hosting service. A short random session identifier is stored in your browser to group page views within a single visit. We do not determine your precise, street-level location.
Contact details, when you give them. If you use our contact form, we receive the name, email, company, phone, and message you submit. From the email address you provide we also derive its domain and classify it (for example, whether it is a free webmail or a disposable/temporary address), and we check whether that domain is configured to receive mail, to help us flag automated or fraudulent submissions.
How we use it
Usage data helps us understand which pages are useful and improve the site, and helps us detect and prevent fraudulent, automated, or abusive submissions. Contact details are used only to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
Usage data is recorded to a private Google Sheet under our own Google account. Contact form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, our website and form host. Approximate location and network details are derived using a third-party IP intelligence service (ipquery.io, with ipwho.is as a backup). The check of whether an email domain can receive mail is performed through a public DNS-over-HTTPS resolver (Cloudflare). These providers process this data on our behalf.
Cookies and storage
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The only item stored in your browser is the temporary session identifier described above, which is cleared when you close the tab. You can block analytics entirely by disabling JavaScript or using your browser's privacy controls.
Your choices
You may request a copy of, or deletion of, any personal information you have submitted to us. To make a request, use our contact form or call 704-421-5013.
Changes
We may update this policy as the site evolves. The date above reflects the most recent change.
